Secretariat Crescent Sighting Announcements Hilal Advisory Team Satement: Rajab 1432AH
The Astronomical New Moon is on Wednesday, 1st June 2011 at 2201BST. The crescent will not be visible anywhere on this day. It will be easily visible in America on Thursday, 2nd June 2011.
According to the rulings of Ayatullah Sisani (based on The Theory of Differing Horizons), 1st Rajab 1432AH will be on Saturday, 4th June 2011. For the Muqallideen of Marhum Ayatullah Khui, 30th Jamaadi al thaani 1432AH will be on Friday, 3rd June 2011.
